Module Overview

In this training, you will explore the risks associated with the emergence of Generative AI (GenAI) and learn how to address these risks using the free GenAI Governance Framework and Maturity Model available at GenAI Global. This comprehensive framework outlines key procedures across five domains of AI management, spanning operational, technological, human, ethical, and social considerations.

To learn these concepts, you will participate in an interactive escape room-style experience, where you will assume the role of a consultant for TechnoVista Solutions. Through a series of challenges, you will be tested on your ability to identify and mitigate GenAI risks, apply governance strategies, and evaluate the maturity of GenAI implementation. Successfully completing the tasks will demonstrate your expertise in using the GenAI Governance Framework to address real-world situations.

Learning Objectives
  1. Explain the key risks associated with GenAI in business contexts and describe appropriate governance strategies.
  2. Apply the GenAI Governance Framework to address real-world situations in accounting practices.
  3. Evaluate the maturity level of GenAI implementation in accounting contexts using the provided maturity model.
